Ordering Instructions:

Simple Instructions...
You can either mail us the payment, or pay online:

Mail-In Payments:

1.  Print out our Order Form
2. 
Write in the list of the items you want to purchase (and their prices) on the order form.
3.  Total up the prices of the items you want to buy, and add $4.95 to all orders under $200 if shipped within the United States.

4.  You can enclose either a Check or Money Order (we do not accept cash in the mail).

5Send the completed order form and a check or money order made out to "Andertec" to:

The shipping charges are the same for orders of all sizes under $200 and FREE for orders greater than $200
If you live outside of the USA., please email us first for shipping charges. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Online Payments:

We use the PayPal service for online payments. They accept all credit cards, and they ensure a secure transaction. To purchase an item online simply add it to your cart.

If you have any problems with Paypal, you can call them toll-free at 888-221-1161.

Returns:

If there is something wrong with the product that you ordered, please send it back to us and we will replace the item and send it to you.

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may send it back. We do not give cash refunds however, and you will receive credit for our products or services. We do not refund shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee will deducted. All returns must be made within days of arrival. Please contact us before sending back any items.
